Description

This is an early 19th-century pair of semi-detached houses located on the east side of Addison Avenue. The houses are similar in style to numbers 37-55 on the same street. They are two storeys high with a basement, and constructed of stucco. Pilasters highlight the central area and corners of the facade. There are four windows visible from the front. The ground floor features French casement windows, while cast-iron balconies are present. The first floor windows are round-headed sashes. The building has overhanging eaves and a low-pitched slate roof. The entrances are recessed on either side.
