Description

The tomb of W H Kent, who died in 1874, is located in Kensal Green Cemetery. It features a battered pedestal made of Carrara marble, topped with a draped urn. The base of the tomb includes a relief of a seated dog. An inscription on the tomb describes Kent, a veterinarian, as "the friend of the friend of man; THE DOG."
