Description

No. 14 Hans Place is a house dating from the early 20th century. It is four main storeys high, with a basement and mansard roof. The external material is red brick with a tiled roof. A shell hood features above the entrance. A wide, arched window is present on the ground floor, with a two-storeyed oriel above it, which is considerably enriched. Another wide window is positioned above the oriel, featuring a decorative railing. The building has a modillion cornice.
