Description

No 1 Hans Street is an early 20th century remodelling of a late 18th century brick house that faces Sloane Street. The original bow window at the rear has been mutilated. The front and side of the building feature early 20th century design with brown stone dressings. The structure consists of four storeys, a basement, and an additional storey beneath a hipped, slated roof. At the front, there is a three-storey bay, and a single-storey entrance wing is located at the side.
