Description

This is a terrace of three buildings at 26, 28, and 30 Pont Street, dating from the 19th century. The buildings are constructed of red brick and are in a Queen Anne-Dutch style, with Gothic detailing. They are four storeys high, with attics and a basement. Numbers 28 and 30, along with numbers 16 to 22 Hans Place, and numbers 32 to 40, along with numbers 23 to 27 Hans Place, form two blocks that flank the southern entrance to Hans Place.
