House. Early C20, almost detached, on corner of Pavilion Road. Red brick and brown stone: 3 storeys, basement, and storey in hipped slated roof. Stone porch in enclosed forecourt to left. Order of pilasters through first and second storeys: coved eaves cornice. Circular windows to ground floor, thermal windows to basement. Others square-headed. Return to Pavilion Road. Interior not seen.
