Description
Hans House is an early 20th-century house located on the corner of Pavilion Road. It is almost detached and features red brick and brown stone construction. The building has three storeys, a basement, and an additional storey beneath a hipped slated roof. To the left, there is a stone porch in an enclosed forecourt. The façade includes an order of pilasters spanning the first and second storeys and a coved eaves cornice. The ground floor has circular windows, while the basement features thermal windows, and the other windows are square-headed. The house also has a return to Pavilion Road. The interior has not been seen.
