- Formerly the coachhouse of No 13. Building stretching a long wait back and incorporatin a transverse slice of No 13. Back parts partly early C18 but visible front of early-mid C19 in "Gothick" style. 2 storeys, 2 windows under gables with bargeboards. Fairly low pitched slated roof has fancy ridge tiles. Stucco with incised lines, now painted black (April 1973). Pointed arches to 1st floor windows; and loading door at right. Garage doors on ground floor. Modern rear extensions. Included for group value.
