  1. Formerly the coachhouse of No 13. Building stretching a long wait back and incorporatin a transverse slice of No 13. Back parts partly early C18 but visible front of early-mid C19 in "Gothick" style. 2 storeys, 2 windows under gables with bargeboards. Fairly low pitched slated roof has fancy ridge tiles. Stucco with incised lines, now painted black (April 1973). Pointed arches to 1st floor windows; and loading door at right. Garage doors on ground floor. Modern rear extensions. Included for group value.

No llA, Nos 13 and 15, Nos 17 to 21 (odd) (THE SYCAMORES) and No 23 form a group.
