Description
The Children's Mushroom Playhouse at Town Hall Park is a small building that resembles an early 19th-century ornamental dairy. It has a circular shape, with its walls divided into eight equal segments, alternating on an outer circumference. The building features a low conical roof covered in graduated fishscale slates, which rises to a central octagonal brick chimney. The deep eaves are designed in segmental arches above the inner wall sections. The walls are rough-rendered, and there are segment-headed three-light casement windows. There are doors in four of the inner segments, with one of them blocked. This building holds curiosity value.
