Description

Vernells Farm Dairy is a mid-19th century dairy building. It is constructed of brick and features a roof made of plain tiles and fishscale tiles. The design consists of two linked single-storey octagonal rooms, each topped with pointed roofs. One of the rooms has a pointed door located under a gabled porch that includes bargeboards. The overhanging roofs, which have eight faces, display bands of different tiles and culminate in a ventilation cupola that also has an eight-faced roof. Inside, the walls are tiled, and there is a slate slab shelf.
