Dairy. Circa mid C19. Butf-coloured brick. Fish-scale slate roof with ornate pierced bargeboards and pendants to gable ends and eaves. Brick axial stack. PLAN: T -shaped on plan. One large room in main single-storey range, and 2-storey wing at centre of south front with entrance. Picturesque Tudor style. EXTERIOR: 1 storey. Synunetrical3-bay south front; blind to left and right, and with gabled wing projecting at centre with jettied first floor with 3-light chamfered brick window and chamfered doorway below in slight recess with panelled Gothic door. Rear [N] single storey 3: 1 :3 bays, three small square chamfered window openings to left and right and central doorway with brick gabled canopy above on large corbel brackets and a course of saw-tooth brick corbelling over doorway. East and west gable ends have shallow brick oriels and blind diamond-shaped panels in gables. Brick weathering to plinth. INTERIOR: The dairy is one large room in the north range open to the queen-post root; the dairy fittings are missing.
