Description

The building is a 2-storey service range that includes a stable, groom's accommodation (known as The Flat), and a dairy, located at Iscoyd Park. It features five windows and is constructed of brick with a slate roof, characterized by sawtooth eaves and coped gables. A brick ridge stack is positioned near the right end, aligned with the original gable line before an extension. The left end showcases a polygonal wooden cupola topped with a leaded domed roof and a weathervane.

The openings facing the yard have flat arches, and there are original cross windows, most of which now have replacement glazing. Starting from the left end, there are two windows, a split boarded door beneath a mullioned small-pane overlight, another window, a panel door under a mullioned small-pane overlight, and a final window that retains its small-pane glazing. To the right, there is a change in brickwork indicating an extension, which includes a panel door with a 2-pane overlight and a cross window that retains small-pane glazing below the transom. The upper storey features five 2-light small-pane casement windows.

The left end has a double gable, with the narrower left-hand gable being a short parallel rear wing that was formerly used as the dairy. The main range has a panel door on the left side under a small-pane overlight, a blind window to the right, two oculi with leaded glazing for the loft, and a clock positioned below the apex. The former dairy includes a panel door with a 3-pane overlight and a single oculus with leaded glazing.

On the rear elevation, the main range has two 3-light windows and a 2-light window in the upper storey, with a lean-to located beneath the latter. The dairy features a segmental-headed 3-light window in the upper storey of the rear gable end, to the left of which is a reduced stack. The building has not been inspected.
