Description
The former laundry at Iscoyd Park is a 1½-storey brick building with a slate roof, featuring coped gables on moulded kneelers and brick stacks on the left end and behind the ridge at the center. The five-window front faces the back drive to the house and has flat brick arches over all openings. The entrance, located to the left of center, includes a panel door with a small-pane mullioned overlight. To the left of the entrance is a cross window, followed by two more cross windows to the right, and then two three-light mullioned-and-transomed windows further to the right. The right gable end has a two-light segmental-headed window to the right of the attached shippon, and in the attic, there is a Venetian window with later red sandstone dressings, retaining small-pane metal glazing in the central portion. At the rear, to the right of the attached former shippon, there is a two-light window and French doors that have been inserted in place of another window.
