Description

Broom Villa is an early 19th-century villa located on Broomhouse Road. The building is stuccoed and has two storeys with four bays, featuring a one-bay pedimented wing on the left side. There are later additions to the structure. The villa has coupled brackets supporting wide eaves and architraves around the windows. A porch with square columns is situated in the second bay from the left. The roof is hipped and covered with slate.
