Description

The War Memorial, located in Shepherds Bush Common, was designed by H C Fehr and completed in 1922. It features a statue of Winged Victory mounted on a high stone pedestal, which is accessed by three steps. The statue holds a sword in its right hand and a laurel wreath in its left hand.
