Description

This is a cottage, likely dating from the mid-19th century. It is built in an "ornate cottage" style, using a mix of burns (a type of fieldstone), flint, brick quoins (cornerstones), and brick dressings. The cottage is two storeys high with just one bay at the front. It features a gable and pinnacles. The main entrance is located on the left side of the building. The property is listed primarily for its group value, alongside numbers 9 to 11, 17 to 19, and 21 to 23 on Stamford Brook Road.
