Description

This is an 18th-century brick garden wall associated with Stamford Brook House. The wall is constructed of brown brick and is two stories high. The south elevation features a Venetian window and a portico with slender Doric columns and pilasters, an entablature with a dentil cornice, and wrought iron balcony railings. The roof is a hipped design with Welsh slate and red pantile tiles. A porch was added to the wall in 1914. The elevation has three double-hung sash windows on the upper floor, and one on the ground floor, set in reveals with cambered relieving arches. A bow feature is located on the left hand side.
