Description

A pair of semi-detached cottages dating from the mid-19th century are located on Stamford Brook Road. Each cottage is two storeys high and one bay wide. They are stuccoed and have hipped slate roofs. The ground floor features French windows set within segmental relieving arches with margin glazing, and the first floor has sash windows with small panes and glazing bars. Architraves are present on the first-floor windows. The entrances are located on the flanks of the cottages. The property is listed as part of a group that includes numbers 17 to 19 and 21 to 23.
