1870 by James Brooks. 2 storeys and attic, 4 bays varying slightly in width. High pitched slated roof. Stock brick with stone dressings. 2 and 3-light sash windows have carved trefoil pattern in tympana beneath pointed relieving arches. Continuous hoodmoulds, above these and across the front, unify the building

The Church of St Michael and Clergy House form a group with the Sunday School, Leonard Street.
