  1. 1870 by James Brooks. 2 storeys and attic, 4 bays varying slightly in width. High pitched slated roof. Stock brick with stone dressings. 2 and 3-light sash windows have carved trefoil pattern in tympana beneath pointed relieving arches. Continuous hoodmoulds, above these and across the front, unify the building
