Description
Nos 29 to 35 on Northchurch Road, built in the early to mid-19th century, form a near-symmetrical terrace. Each house has two storeys and a basement, featuring one window in the main block and another in a narrow set-back entrance link. Notably, No 35 does not have an entrance bay; its doorway is located on the right return. The houses are constructed of stock brick and include a stucco frieze, cornice, blocking course, and a ground floor band. Most of the sash windows have glazing bars, with the ground floor windows being tripartite. Each window and the four-panel doors are adorned with console bracketed cornices and rectangular fanlights, accessed by five steps. Nos 17 to 35 collectively form a group.
