Description
St Paul's Church of England Infant School is a mid to late 19th century Gothic building that is one storey high and features five bays separated by buttresses. The first, third, and fifth bays are topped with tall gables that break the eaves. The building has a high-pitched slated roof and is constructed from stock brick and stone, which includes gable copings and key and impost blocks; the impost blocks are stretched to form gable kneelers. The windows in bays one, three, and five have shallow pointed brick arches that hold three wood-framed cusped lancets each. The right gable features a cusped round window with trefoils in the spandrels, situated above a doorway with a similar arch. The intermediate bays have square-headed windows.
