Description
The School Hall at Woodfield Middle School is a one-storey Gothic building constructed in 1848, made of stone with ashlar dressings. On the right side, there are four long arched windows featuring drip moulds and foliated finials. The building has buttresses, and on the left, there are gargoyles at the end of the string cornice, along with a coped parapet. Above a recessed doorway with a moulded arched reveal and double doors, there is a four-light oriel window with cusped lights, as well as angle buttresses that have empty statue niches. The side elevation includes irregular mullion windows and a half-round tower adorned with crenellations and gargoyles, as well as small lancet windows. There is also a four-centred doorway.
