Description

This is a mid-19th century building of stucco construction, built in an Italianate style. It is two storeys high with five windows. The ground floor is channelled, and the first-floor windows have pediments. A modillion cornice runs along the top. There are recessed entrances on either side, with piers leading to number 19 and pilasters to number 20. The upper storey is further recessed. The rear elevation is also stuccoed, with three corniced windows at number 19 and a three-light, blind window at number 20. An attic features clerestory windows. Lower, rear windows at number 19 are segmentally arched, and part of the premises may be of earlier date.
