Description

This is a two-window house built in the Italianate style. It dates from the 19th century and is constructed of stucco, with the ground floor treated to look like channelled stonework and featuring pilaster strips. The eaves are supported by brackets. The house is three storeys high. The upper floor windows are hornless sash windows with marginal glazing bars. The second-floor windows have stucco architraves, while the first-floor windows are topped by bracketed pediments. A splayed bay window with sash windows and marginal glazing bars is located on the left side of the ground floor, with simplified woodwork. To the right of the entrance, a doorway has a bracketed cornice and a rectangular overlight, and a 19th-century door with two long panels. Original gatepiers with heavy classicising capstones remain.
