Description
25 Stow Hill is a house designed in the Italianate style. It features stucco with a channelled ground floor and pilaster strips, along with bracketed eaves. The building has three storeys and two windows. The second-floor windows are adorned with stucco architraves, while the first-floor windows have bracketed pediments. The upper floor windows are hornless sash windows with marginal glazing bars. On the ground floor, to the left, there is a splayed bay window with simplified woodwork and casement glazing. To the right, there is a doorway topped with a bracketed cornice and a rectangular overlight, leading to a 19th-century door with two long panels. The property also retains gatepiers that have heavy classicising capstones.
