Description
This is a house built in the Italianate style, likely dating to the 19th century. It is constructed of stucco, with the ground floor treated with channelled detailing and pilaster strips. The eaves are supported by brackets. The house is three storeys high and has three windows on each floor. The upper floor windows have stucco architraves, while the first floor windows have bracketed pediments. Casement windows are found on the upper floors.
On the ground floor, to the left is a splayed bay window, which was covered during inspection. The main doorway is offset to the right and features a bracketed cornice above a rectangular overlight and a 19th-century door with three broad panels. To the right of the doorway is a camber-headed vehicular entrance.
The property retains original gatepiers with heavy, classical capstones, a low dwarf wall, and cast iron railings, all contributing to the overall appearance.
