Description
No. 4 College Hill is a building likely dating from the early 18th century. It stands three storeys tall, plus a basement and features dormers beneath a tiled mansard roof. The structure is constructed of red brick, with a stuccoed ground storey, a moulded cornice, and a rendered parapet at the roofline. The wooden doorcase is partly original and partly remade at a later date, showcasing vigorous carving in the tympanum of the open pediment. The rear elevation is similar and includes a two-window wing.
