  1. Mid C19. Gothic stone-faced ground and 1st floors, 2nd and 3rd floors gault brick and stone dressings. 4 storeys and attics. Ground floor with central round-headed door within slightly projecting central bay; to left paired elliptical headed windows with foliated Gothic shaft, to right entrance to Austin Friars with shouldered segmental arch on corbels. Windows to upper floors grouped 2:1:2, those to 1st floor with stilted depressed pointed arches. 2nd floor windows trefoil headed within round arched openings beneath pointed brick relieving arches, 3rd floor segmental headed with keystones. 3 stone dormers with pointed arches and triangular gables inset into pierced stone parapet.
