Description

This is a footbridge built in 1892 at Whitbread's Brewery on the south side. It features iron trusses made of lattice construction, with a wooden and glazed superstructure. The roof is currently covered with corrugated iron. The entire structure is supported by two cast-iron columns on the north side and a metal beam that is carried by two widely spaced cast-iron columns on the south side.
