Description
Nos. 2 and 4 Perrin's Court are a pair of terraced cottages dating from the early 18th century, with later alterations and shops added. The buildings are three storeys high, each featuring one window and a gabled front.
No. 2 is constructed of brown brick with a cement gable. It has an early 19th-century former shopfront that includes a bracketed cornice and a 20th-century bow window with small panes, along with a part-glazed door. The first floor has a gauged brick cambered arch above a flush framed sash window, while the second floor features a square-headed similar sash window.
No. 4 is finished in stucco, scored to resemble ashlar stone, and has a similar shopfront with flush framed sashes. The interiors have not been inspected.
