Description

10 and 12 Perrins Court are a pair of terraced shops with living space above, dating from the early 19th century. They are constructed from yellow stock brick and feature 20th-century slate mansard roofs with dormers. The buildings have two storeys and attics, with one window each. The timber shopfronts have been altered but still retain their pilasters that support the fascia and cornice. There are gauged brick flat arches above the recessed sash windows, and the parapets have mostly been rebuilt. The interiors have not been inspected.
