Description
No. 12 Perrins Lane is a mid-19th century terraced cottage constructed of painted brick. The building features a late 20th-century slated mansard roof with casement windows. It has two storeys and one window on the front facade. The ground floor includes a part-glazed door with an overlight and a tripartite sash window. Notably, it retains a moulded cornice from a former shopfront at the first floor level. The first floor has a segmental-arched, flush framed four-pane sash window with later louvred shutters. The building is topped with a parapet. The interior has not been inspected.
