Description

No. 37 Monmouth Street is a terraced house with a later shop, likely built in the early 18th century and altered in the early 19th century. The building is constructed of multi-coloured stock brick and features a plain brick band at the third floor level. It has four storeys and a basement, with two windows. The shopfront is a 20th-century reproduction. The recessed sash windows have gauged red brick cambered arches, and some retain their original glazing bars. The building has a parapet. The interior has not been inspected.
