Description
No. 22 Earlham Street is a terraced house and shop dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of multi-coloured stock brick and features a tiled mansard roof with dormers. The building has three storeys and a basement, with two windows on the front and a five-window return that includes three blank bays. The wooden shopfront has a boxed-out entablature and a dentil cornice, although the shop window and doorway have been altered. The recessed sash windows have gauged flat brick arches, and those on the return retain their original glazing bars. The interior has not been inspected.
