Description

No. 35 Monmouth Street is a house with a later shop, likely built in the early 18th century and altered in the early 19th century. The building is made of multi-coloured stock brick and has four storeys plus a basement. It features two windows and a 20th-century reproduction shopfront. The recessed sash windows are topped with gauged flat yellow brick arches. Between the first-floor windows, there is a panel painted with the inscription "Pictorial postcards & general stationery." The building is topped with a parapet. The interior has not been inspected.
