Description

This is an early 18th-century farmhouse, now divided into three separate houses located on Holly Hill. The building is constructed of brown brick with a tiled roof. It is two storeys high with a three-window front, and incorporates a semi-basement on the south side, along with single-window gabled projecting wings. A former main entrance, positioned at number 17, has a 20th-century trellis porch. The windows are segmental arched, flush-framed sashes, some with gauged red brick arches and exposed boxing. The roofline is finished with a parapet. The interior has not been inspected.
