Description

No. 12 Holly Mount is an early 19th-century house. It is constructed of multi-coloured stock brick with a stuccoed ground floor, and has a slated hipped roof with a central, moulded chimney stack. The house is two storeys high and has two windows. A good wooden doorcase features a reeded surround, lionhead stops and a dentil cornice, sheltering a panelled door. The windows are recessed sash windows. The interior has not been inspected.
