Description
12 and 14 Holly Hill are a pair of terraced houses, now functioning as one dwelling, dating from the early 19th century and altered over time. The houses are constructed of yellow stock brick, featuring a painted ground floor and stucco bands at the first and second floor levels. They have a tiled hipped roof and rise to three storeys with three windows. The central entrance consists of a plain doorway with a panelled door and a radial fanlight. To the left, there is a 20th-century garage entrance. The windows include various sash styles, as well as transom and mullion windows, with a central second-floor window that is blind. The interiors have not been inspected.
