Description

5, Holly Mount is a mid-18th century terraced house that forms the visual termination of Holly Bush Steps. The house is constructed of multi-coloured stock brick with red brick detailing, with the ground floor rebuilt. It is four storeys high, but of the same height as the adjacent numbers 3 and 4. The front has two windows. A mid-19th century stucco doorcase features pilasters supporting an entablature, and it contains a part-glazed door. The windows are flush framed sashes with arched, red brick surrounds; the fourth floor has a later central sash window with a segmental arch. There is a parapet to the roof. The interior has not been inspected.
