Description

Holly Lodge is a detached house dating from the mid-18th century, with a 20th-century basement extension. It is constructed of multi-coloured stock brick and features a tiled mansard roof with dormers. The building has two storeys, attics, and a basement, and is arranged with three windows. The entrance is located to the right and is accessed by steps. It has a wooden doorcase with pilasters and modified consoles that support a pediment, along with a panelled door. The windows have gauged red brick flat arches and flush framed sashes, and there is a parapet along the top. The interior has not been inspected.
