Description

No. 12 is a house dating from the mid-19th century. It is built from London stock brick with stucco dressings and features a slate hipped roof with a stack on the west face. The building has two storeys and a two-window range. On the first floor, there are two sash windows with central vertical glazing bars, each topped with rendered flat arches that have vermiculated-panel keystones. The ground floor has a similar window, but it includes a stucco cornice or hood supported by consoles. The doorcase features a flat hood or cornice, pilaster strips, and a rectangular fanlight. The interior has not been inspected.
