Description

No. 4 Wargate Way is a house dating from the mid-18th century, with alterations made in the early 19th century. It is constructed of stucco on brick and features a pantile roof with a single gable stack. The building is two stories plus attics and has a plinth and a first-floor band. The front has three bays, with a central six-panel door flanked by single glazing bar sash windows. On the first floor, there are two similar windows. All openings are topped with splayed rusticated lintels that include keystones. In the roof, there is a raking dormer with a blocked window opening.
