The building is two storeys tall and has a three-window range, with a lower-eaved range at the rear also covered by a slate roof. The front facade includes projecting corner pilasters with moulded capitals. On the first floor, there are two 12-pane asymmetrical sash windows flanking a central semicircular-arched blind recess.
