Description
14 London Road is a house dating from the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of rendered brick and features a hipped slate roof with red hip and ridge tiles. The building is two storeys tall and has a three-window range, with a lower-eaved range at the rear also covered by a slate roof. The front facade includes projecting corner pilasters with moulded capitals. On the first floor, there are two 12-pane asymmetrical sash windows flanking a central semicircular-arched blind recess. The ground floor features a central doorcase with plain pilaster strips, a cornice or hood, a door with six raised-and-fielded panels, and a stone step. There are also two similar 16-pane sash windows on the ground floor. The interior has not been inspected.
