The eaves cornice is supported by brackets, and there are red brick chimney stacks on both the right and left sides, which have dentilled capping and bands. The building has pilaster strips on the right and left, each topped with moulded capitals. It stands two storeys tall and has a four-window range of vertically sliding sashes on the first floor, which are adorned with gauged brick arches and keystones. The ground floor has three windows. The entrance features a four-panelled, two-light door with moulded pilasters that have capitals and bases, along with a dentilled frieze and two sidelights. This house is included for its group value.
