Description

No. 1 Carnaby is an early 19th-century house constructed of local brick and finished with a colourwashed exterior. It features a steeply pitched roof covered in plain tiles and stands two storeys tall. The front has two three-light casement windows that align with the eaves, and there is a segmental-headed arch above one similar window on the ground floor. The entrance has a plain doorcase adorned with a dentilled and moulded cornice, topped with a flat hood. The door itself consists of six raised and fielded panels.
