Description

No. 4 Carnaby is a 16th-century cottage with a two-unit plan and a lobby entry. It is timber framed and plaster rendered, featuring a later tiled roof that is half-hipped to the north. The cottage has one storey and an attic, with two later dormers. There are two casement windows on either side of the doorway, which has a later doorcase topped with an early 19th-century rectangular fanlight that includes Gothick tracery.
