Description

This is an 18th-century former farmhouse, later divided into dwellings and, as of 2014, a single residence. Constructed of red brick with pantiled roofs, the building has a double pile plan across two storeys. The west-facing elevation features six windows, with 20th-century entrance doors inserted. The windows are two-light designs with wrought iron casements and, on the ground floor, transoms and segmental brick arches. At the rear of the property are three-light 19th-century windows with central casements on the first floor, along with inserted 20th-century ground-floor windows. A brick plinth runs along the base of the building, and the parapet gables are detailed with brick kneelers and tumbling.
