Description

The Village Cross is a 14th-century structure that was restored in 1879. It features a reeded stone shaft that shows faint traces of an inscription, which is set on a chamfered stone base. Attached to this base are 19th-century bronze plaques that display the original inscription in English. This site is recognized as an ancient monument, with a county number of 139.
