Description
Number 4 is a terraced house located on Holly Bush Hill, dating from the late 18th century but refaced in the late 19th century in a Georgian style. The building is timber-framed and has been refaced in multi-coloured brick. It features a tiled mansard roof with a dormer, and consists of three storeys, an attic, and a basement.
On the right side, there is a full-height projecting canted bay window, while the left side has a narrow entrance bay. The entrance features an architraved doorway with a 20th-century hood and a panelled door. Each floor of the canted bay has recessed sash windows with gauged red brick flat arches, and there is a small sash window above the entrance. The building has a parapet, and the rear facade is weatherboarded.
The property also includes attached cast-iron railings with spearhead and pineapple finials. The interior has not been inspected.
