Description
23 and 24 Holly Mount are a pair of terraced cottages built in the mid-18th century. They are constructed of red brick, with No. 24 featuring a plain brick band at the first floor level. The cottages are two storeys high, each having two windows, with one window in each being blind. The central entrance has linked wooden doorcases that are flanked by pilasters and topped with projecting bracketed hoods. The panelled doors are accessed by steps, with No. 23 including a shoe scraper. No. 23 has gauged red brick flat arches above flush frame sashes, while No. 24 has cambered brick arches above similar sashes. Both cottages have a parapet. The interiors have not been inspected.
