Description
15 South Grove is a house built in 1868, constructed from grey stock brick. It stands three storeys high with a basement and features three windows. The entrance includes a round-arched doorway with a keystone and impost bands, along with a part-glazed door and fanlight. The windows have gauged yellow brick flat arches with vermiculated keystones, and there is a notable four-light window on the ground floor supported by colonnettes. Moulded stone bands are present at the first and second floor levels, topped by a stone cornice and blocking course. The basement includes an old brick stable on the south side, which is part of a previous house built around 1715 that originally formed a pair with No. 14. The interior has not been inspected.
