House. 1868. Grey stock brick. 3 storeys and basement. 3 windows. Round-arched doorway with keystone and impost bands; part-glazed door and fanlight. Gauged yellow brick flat arches with vermiculated keystones to recessed sashes; 4-light ground floor window with colonnettes. Moulded stone bands at 1st and 2nd floor levels; stone cornice and blocking course. Basement incorporates an old brick stable on south side from previous house on site built c1715 which formed a pair with No.14 (qv). INTERIOR: not inspected.
